This is my first time leaving a review ever for an Amazon product. I bought this in hopes that it will help me become more by regular, prior to buying this, I have tried dozens of products and found that smooth move. Tea was the only thing that helped, but it was always a process and it wasn’t the easiest process and it got so bad to wear I wouldn’t go to the bathroom unless I drink a cup of tea the night before. I decided to give this a try based on the reviews and I have to tell you this is the best ever 1000% works and I finally feel like I have a regular digestive system again. I don’t have to plan my day around this event or dread this event because at times it could be pretty painful for me. I was literally detoxing my body twice a week with drinking the tea. Wish I would’ve found it sooner. I’m so happy. I finally found something. It’s been a major relief mentally and physically lol

This is totally worth the value for the money. It has high quality for its value and it really helps me a ton! I have been using this product for the last 3 years and it really helps me function. I use two in the evening with my dinner. They do have a little bit of a spice taste in them if you leave them in your mouth too long but they are a regular size capsule that is very easy to swallow. I find using them with a quality male psyllium capsule like pure, amity, or zero really enhances the function, comfort and benefits of Dr Schulz’s intestinal formula #1. These have made the quality of my life so much better for me. It helps me have good energy since I don’t have to feel sluggish in the morning anymore because it gets things moving and I’m off to my day. I like calling them “the spice,” pill in front of friends and family and I make sure I never run out and keep these in stock. I don’t travel without them. I keep them on my person for outings because otherwise I just don’t feel well. They keep me happy and healthy for my every day life.

These work great if you need a little something to help you stay regular this is a definite go to medication. I normally take it at night by midday the next day. Everything is moving. I have actually purchased this three times.

I have to take 4-5 capsules, so bottle doesn’t last long, but I will keep buying because I don’t get any cramps.

I prefer the natural ingredients in Dr Schulz’s Formula #1 instead of the over the counter laxatives. Take it with food. I found if you take it without food, there is some discomfort in the stomach and esophagus. I take it after dinner, with a tablespoon of organic Psyllium, plenty of of water, plenty., then two or three capsules (for me). The results were amazing in the morning. I use it maybe two or three times a month, depending how I feel.

wow wow wow. I suffer from terrible IBS symptoms and after one use, can truly say this saved my week. Was not at all painful/cramping, took 2 after dinner and woke up and was able to have regular movements after being constipated for 7 days. No adverse side effects, just make sure you stay hydrated while using! Amazing product and will buy again.

I have been on this product for years plus some of Dr Schultz’s other products and they are excellent. I also recommended it to a friend who is having trouble and if you follow the directions it works guaranteed Works people that are really plugged up.
