I purchased this 4-pack of iridescent plastic tablecloths for a volunteer check-in station at a daytime "Chalk the Park" event. First off, these are completely opaque, which is a massive plus for disposable tablecloths. They easily hide whatever is underneath them, incuding our ice chests full of water. The iridescent finish is stunning and creates a vibrant, eye-catching shimmer that immediately drew people to our registration table. The material is a thicker plastic than we expected so it was easy to unfold and spread. The only challenge is that the shiny finish is highly reflective in the open, direct sun. To tone down the glare for our volunteers who had to look at paperwork, we layered a standard black cloth tablecloth over the top surface of the main table. This was the perfect solution! It kept the beautiful, shimmering iridescence visible around the edges to catch people's attention, but eliminated the blinding reflection on the tabletop. Pros: * 100% opaque (not see-through at all). * Beautifully vibrant iridescent effect that attracts crowds. * Strong enough for a busy community event, with wind gusts. Just used tape at edges to tape it to itself. Cons: * Highly reflective in direct sunlight. Verdict: Highly recommended! If you are using them outside in the bright sun, just layer a dark cloth on top to cut down the glare while keeping the festive shimmer on the sides.
