Will this work for minelab ctx 3030 ?

It will not. I recommend Minelab part number 3011-0114 which is a 6" coil for the CTX 3030.

Will this work with an Equinox 800?

Yes, it will work with the Equinox 600 and 800.

Can you confirm this is an authentic Minelab coil for the Equinox 800 detector?

Yes, I can only assume that it is a Minelab product, at least according to the labels on it. This coil is designed for the Equinox 600 and 800 detectors.

Page says visit minelab store but the seller isn't minelab. confusing since minelab store isn't listing any coils. is this legit?

Hi, thanks for reaching out! Yes, we buy all of our Minelab detectors and accessories directly from Minelab, making us Authorized Dealers. These may be out of stock on Minelab's website, but inventory here is legitimate and should come with a unique Minelab serial number to prove it.
