I purchased these cutting boards as I move to create a more “non-toxic” kitchen. After further thought, the cutting board itself is nice but the edge along the side does tend to get some food stuck & I worry if mold will occur if water gets in that area as well when cleaning. Hand wash. Knifes cut on there super smooth & cutting board stays in place. Overall, I recommend!

I've been very happy with these cutting boards. I wanted to wait to review them until I used them for a while. This is a definite good but for yourself or as a gift.

Very solidly built (heavy), but they have a quality feel. They are definitely a bit more bulky than typical plastic or wooden boards but I imagine they will last longer.
