I've been on Wegovy for a while now and at first I dealt with a lot of nausea and stomach upset after eating a meal. I didn't want to be without it and although the stomach upset is fewer and far between now, I still carry it in my purse in case needed.

Great for heartburn especially when you don't need aspirin. Confusingly, that appears to be the main difference of this product compared to standard Alka-Seltzer. From what I can tell it has more or less the same effect on heartburn, and doesn't include aspirin which is not something I've ever needed from this product. It tastes a little less alkaline than the regular, which surprised me, so it may be more pleasant if that flavor turned you off.

When I have a sour stomach or feeling nauseous, I usually take this particular product and it helps me out a lot. Also, it works well if u have an hangover!!!
