My husband has a couple of bath towels that he is stubbornly fond of, primarily because they're (slightly) the biggest towels we own, at 30" x 54". He has straight up rejected other towels because they're just not big enough. Well, fine, I reserve HIS towels for him ... but then one day he looked at the fraying edges and lamented, "What will I do when these really start to go? ... I need big towels!"Fortuitously, New York magazine then ran a January 2017 "Strategist" article on the 10 best-reviewed towels ... including a category for over-sized towels! So then down the Amazon rabbit hole I went, ultimately rejecting NYmag's best over-sized pick, and then discovering the bath sheet. The bath sheet! Basically, a towel ... but bigger! Awesome-sauce. The price was right; the reviews were reassuring; I picked 'cranberry' so it would be an energizing jolt in the morning. Then I washed it and held my breath. No color seepage! Then my husband used it and looked befuddled by how big it was. The extra square footage is- well, it's a lot, especially if you're used to a regular bath towel. Ain't no way that towel gonna fall off. And yet- this matters to me, since I do the laundry (he cooks!)- when sopping wet from the washing machine, it's not too heavy to manage. I was worried about that, because I have a bum wrist, and I wasn't really looking forward to wrangling a giant wet towel on a regular basis. But, you know, not a problem. Also, I've washed it twice thus far, and no problems with quality yet. Let's see how it holds up after several months; I'll try to come back and post an update. - AM SIL

I wanted spa quality towels and that is exactly what I got! They are thick and very well made. I could not be happier.July 16: I had to come back and rave some more about the quality of these towels. I have washed them several times now and no lint comes off of them in the dryer, the color has remained vibrant, and they are just as plush as the towels I purchased at Macy's for twice the price. I highly recommend them :)

Honestly, not worth the price point at all. The towel on the bottom is the $6 towel I bought at target.. so I could get 4 of them for the price of 2 of these. These towels are very thin & just feel cheap.I can use them as baby towels since my son is small & it doesn’t really matter how thick his towels are. But I won’t be using it for myself. I bought both Chakir bath towels, hand towels, and wash cloths at the same time. I would rate the Chakir towels at 5 stars.As my picture shows, my wash cloths are not Chakir wash cloths. My wash cloths came in a Chakir plastic bag, but they were made in Bangladesh not Turkey, they are super-thin, and the wash cloth design and color are different from the bath towels. I would rate the wash cloths at 0. From Jocelyn Taylor’s March 2016 comments it is clear that this attempted rip off by Chakir suppliers is an ongoing problem.I am returning the wash cloths.

I just renovated my bathroom, and noticed that all my towels have pulls, stains or are shrunk on the edges. Time for new ones! I did a quick google and say the beautiful, but grossly expensive ones from premium companies, so turned to Amazon, my trusted shopping source. I couldn't believe how many nice towels there were at reasonable rates. But would they last? Would they be as good as I hoped? I searched for bath sheets for the adults, and towels for the kids. I found these after extensively reading reviews and then keeping my fingers crossed. Viola! They were exactly as I hoped. The sheets are enormous and soft! The Wedgwood Blue couldn't be more beautiful! I washed them separately at first and dried on low (boy! that takes a long time!). The result is worth it. I know my old towels are in such poor shape because I would wash them with things with zippers and dried them on high. Also, my daughter is using face products that discolor the towels. Now that I am more educated, and have quality products, I hope these will last a good long while. In the meantime they will look lovely on the shelf in the bathroom. Thanks, again, Amazin' Amazon!

After seeing so many of our face cloths being used by my daughter as rags I felt that replacements for our linens were really necessary. These cloths are soft durable and pleasing to the eye as well as functional. Just what I needed because we have a large finger and bath towel collection of linens but a disaster of face cloths. I love the variety of colors to match towel selections.

I washed the newly arrived washcloths for the first time today to get them ready to use. They came out soft and retained their color (did not "bleed" at all). 2 of the cloths has small strings after washing that needed clipping, but otherwise perfect. Eager to see how they age. Nice size and soft and fluffy, just what I like in a washcloth.Great value.

I was with these wash cloths right out of the bag. But the instructions say, wash before using. I did, and they look even better. Colors are vibrant and don't fade and they were even "fluffier" out of the dryer. Great size. Highly recommended. I also got the hand towels to match.

The towels are well made and large enough for our purposes. However, although they dry us they are not quite as absorbent as one had hoped and take longer to dry. This is quite easily cured by placing in the dryer for a few minutes after use, but this is just an additional chore that we had hoped to avoid.

Despues de casi 1 año de uso siguen en excelente estado, muy buenas toallas, muy suaves y absorventes, justo como la de los hoteles bien. Se las recomiendo 100%.

Bought these as one of my Xmas gifts for my wife. She always wanted resort style towels. They arrived on time and she has had them now for a week of use. She loves them and highly recommends them.

Very low quality. More like 200 gsm towels. Maybe worth Rs.100, promptly returned.Do not buy
