The product is well made ,soft but firm for resting head,it is flat behind neck not to wide so doesn't push your neck or head away from seat,washable,and a compartment for phone or mp3 player.The biggest disappointment is no storage bag or ear plugs to buy separately but if you pay £65+ you you will get the whole package what a rip off.

Love this neck cushion so comfy, this I'd my second one as I left the last one behind on a plane I was so pleased tk find they are still available, there are many on the market but this style of memory foam neck cushion is by far the best I can highly recommend it!

Being 6' 2" I have always struggled to find a neck pillow that supports my head without allowing excessive movement/ flopping. So far this is the best. Small amount of movement at times, but on the whole the most comfortable I have been sleeping on a flight for a long time. To improve this the manufacturer could make a slightly larger version, which would be ideal and prevent that flopping of the head that taller people suffer with. My 5'6" girlfriend loved it, head was steady as anything.

One size can't fit all, and for me I didn't feel the fit was what I wanted. Hence returned it. However the quality of the item was good so it is purely based on comfort I am giving lower rating.

Love the feel and way it keeps the head straight and stops the jerky movement. Dislike the feeling of hot was it gives me - but that is a personal thing.

Absolutely great! Sides are high enough to properly hold head in place. Worth every penny!

This is the best neck pillow I’ve ever used. After trolling through many reviews on different pillows on amazon, I came across this one and really glad I did! This is more money than I was hoping to pay but it’s excellent quality. This pillow saved my life when I went on a backpacking trip around Australia and was sat on airplanes and coaches for hours on end! Would definitely recommend.

This is better than a standard pillow with no front support. However, the bits around the face always squash my cheeks into my teeth which becomes uncomfortable after a short time. I'm also not convinced that the flat back is a benefit because I find that the natural curve in the back of my neck isn't supported and therefore my head tilts forward slightly. In fact, I find this pillow best when it's rotated 90°. It's also extremely warm, which can be good or not, depending on the situation, but I get a bit hot on flights. I have a similar pillow that's memory foam with a front attachment, but a simple U-shape, and I find it more comfortable.

The pillow and material look nice, but unfortunately, it’s not for me. It’s very warm, and it covers my ears so I can’t use my headphones properly (((

I had high expectations, but for me and my wife, it was just not very practical. It felt a little bulky and didn't bring our head in the proper position to rest let alone sleep. Quality was very good, just nog for us.

Es la segunda vez que compro este modelo de almohada, me ayuda bastante no solo para viajar sino también para dolores de cuello y cabeza en el día a día. La funda se puede quitar fácilmente para lavarse, y la bolsita que trae a un lado es buenísima para guardar ya sea el celular, los audífonos, los earplugs o el antifaz para dormir. Lo único que no me queda claro es cómo limpiar el cojín de esponja de relleno, ya que si lo toca cualquier líquido lo absorbe rapidísimo y no logra secarse por dentro, y se apesta. Si lo metes a la secadora se rompe, y aunque lo dejes días enteros bajo el sol no se seca en absoluto (así le pasó a mi primera almohada, me duró 5 años hasta que intenté lavar el relleno y se rompió). Las instrucciones de lavado de la etiqueta no son nada claras. Pero fuera de eso esta almohada es una maravilla y es la mejor que he tenido. La recomiendo totalmente!!

É bastante confortável, encaixa bem, os cordões de aperto são funcionais. Excelente produto.
