Its A LOT easier than installing low-beam bulbs, all you'll need is a google search, screwdriver, sharpy and 5 minutes) A risky, frustrating, and underwhelming install (instructions below). After taking the time to install these, they're not much brighter than the stock bulbs. Was hoping for a whiter color, but these still have a bit yellow. But they are better than stock halogens in my F30, I don't know if they're $40+ better. But better.How to install:*Turn wheels inward to access square panel in wheelwell.*Use a screwdriver to pry the tabs on the top of the panel towards you. Bottom will then lift out easily.*squeeze and turn the round cover to access the bulb.*blindly reach inside and feel around for 3 metal tabs holding in the bulb. Using a cellphone camera in video mode really helps to look inside, as you won't be able to see with your eyes unless removing the wheel entirely.*Bend at least 2 of the 3 tabs outward to release the bulb with connector. Be Careful and very gentle pulling the bulb out if you plan to keep it. It will damage easily.*try to remove the connection from the bulb. I found using a microfiber cloth over the bulb assembly and wiggling each pronged side while pulling works the best. They really didnt want to come off for me.*open new lights by pulling the sides of the box out. Use force, but not a lot.*Handle new bulb with super clean microfiber cloth while connecting. Dont touch with your bare hands.*Carefully try replacing the bulb without touching it to anything. Blindly, remember. It helps to look into your headlamp assembly, so you can make sure the bulb is centered.*bend all metal tabs back down to secure the bulb.*Check the lights to ensure they're both centered. Replace coverings if satisfied with your work. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Now I have better high beams on my BMW 1 series *by A***. on Reviewed in the United States πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ on February 12, 2014* My BMW came with OEM HID on low beams, but uses halogen on high beams.
