Perfect fit

The media could not be loaded.  Pump is very quiet, no noise at all. Running it off a 5hp honda engine, with no issues. Cylinder on my splitter is 5 inches, and cycle time is very reasonable. Valve is top noch, and was easy to get things put together. The only issue i had was the rubber star part of the lovejoy connector was missing. Most of the reviews say that the one that comes with the kit is not of the best quality and they had to buy one anyway. However since one did not come with my kit i had to buy it locally at a cost of $20. Other than that i would definitely buy this again.

I used this kit to build a 22 ton (ish) splitter with a Harbor Frieght 6.5hp Predator engine. It fit the engine perfectly, all of my fittings sealed fine, the hydraulic motor makes very little noise and the valve is smooth. I have split two cords of wood with my new splitter and everything is working great!

I used this kit for this past season and it's been great. It splits most stuff easily. Only had a few logs that were too big to split.

on one of the coupling adapters I had to tap out the set screw hole. It was threaded most of the way but not deep enough for the set screw to make contact.

Rebuilding a 30 year old home made log splitter. So far so good.

Great kit with the exception of the coupling. rubber is to soft had to buy replacement after the first day love joy replacement has run since no problems very strong pump and valve!!!
