## Questions & Answers

**Q: Q1: What are the specific dimensions of this 11-quart cooler? Can it fit in a car trunk or camping cart?**
A: A1: The exterior dimensions are 14.17" long x 7.87" wide x 14.17" high . Its compact design makes it easy to fit in a car trunk, a camping cart, or even as a car refrigerator, making it ideal for short trips for 1-2 people.

**Q: Q2: How many drinks can this Cooler hold?**
A: A2: It can hold 12*330ml cans, and you can still fit extra ice in between, making the most of every inch of space. If you need to store more food at once, we recommend 9*360ml bottles for more flexible use of space.

**Q: Q3: How are the ice packs secured to the lid? Will they fall off easily?**
A: A3: Absolutely not. A dedicated clip on the inside of the lid secures the ice packs securely to the lid. This space-saving design enables top-down cooling as chilled air sinks, improving efficiency.

**Q: Q4: Are the PE shell and EPS liner safe and non-toxic?**
A: A4: Rest assured, the PE shell and EPS liner are both food-contact-grade materials. They are non-toxic, odorless, and will not react with food or beverages. They are safe and suitable for storing food that is ready to eat.

**Q: Q5: Is this product easy to clean?**
A: A5: Very easy. The smooth EPS liner resists stains. If spills occur, simply wipe with a damp cloth. Alternatively, rinse directly with clean water and let air dry in a cool, dry place. Do not use harsh detergents.
