They thought it was cool to have something to run around with that I wasn't yelling behind them not to break it, drop it, etc.First, we are a pretty tech savy family, but I had to get out the instructions to figure out that you hold down the photo button for awhile to get the camera to turn on. Not a big deal, but putting the words Power or On on the camera itself would have been helpful.Next we played with it in the house. First thing we noticed though is that there is no sound to know if you took a picture or light on the back to know if you are recording. This led to many pictures and videos of the floor and ceiling. Also in low light, it didn't do so well. The photos in a well lit room however were of decent quality and the kids had fun dancing and using the photo burst feature.The kids then took it outside. Again the photos, if they and the camera were relatively still were okay (good kid quality anyway!). The video, if the cameraman was moving though, suffered horribly from rolling shutter. It's difficult to watch and very wavy. Again though, we aren't trying to win any awards with the video and the kids thought it was fun to clip it to their scooters.We had no issues viewing photos and videos from the computer. Only thing that would have been better was if it could hook up to their tablets and get me out of the middle!I received this from BzzAgent for free in exchange for product trial and reviews. All in all it's a fun gadget for the kids to play with for the price, but know that the quality is kid quality photos/videos and the newness will wear off quickly. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Perfect Action Camera for Young Children *by A***R on Reviewed in Canada on 9 April 2018* Perfect small camera for children, we bought it for a 6 year old. Video and photo quality is adequate. Not amazing, but I would not expect GoPro quality for a child's toy. Imagine an old cellphone camera, similar quality to that.It has survived several drops onto concrete with no damage, so it seems well built. This little camera has surprised me with it's battery life and storage. First time we used it, the camera was not fully charged, and we recorded 8 videos for a total length of 15 minutes and we took about 150 photos. And the battery still had not died, and we had not filled up the storage yet. I think it helps that the camera will turn off after 20 seconds of inactivity, helps keep the battery alive longer.Also very easy to transfer videos and pictures to the computer for viewing purposes. It works the same as a USB flash drive, just click and drag the files over.Couldn't be happier with the purchase. Good price for a toy like this, it has definitely exceeded my expectations. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Cheap but does the job, kids love it. It took a little bit to figure out all the buttons but there is a website that you can go to and watch videos that detail all of the usage of this camera. This is definitely a great camera for a young boy and I won't be sad if it gets broken because I could easily replace it. My son loves it and I think this is perfect for him to learn how cameras and video recordings work.
