Im 6'4 about 260. Will this work for me?

I’m 5’6 and it went mid way to my shins. I would assume it would fit and there it lots of room inside

Any Idea on how tall/long this costume is from top to bottom? I'm pretty short and I just don't want to have the costume hanging below my knees.

I'm 5'9" and it goes close to my knees

Does this work for slightly round people?

Ha, 250 is about it's limit, it is a very hot costume, but great quality, I would recommend a fan out of one of them blow-up costumes, installed in the back.

My girlfriend is 5 feet, would this fit her?

Yes, it should work. It just might be a little lower to the ground is all.
