I think it really does what it’s supposed to do. I have used it quite a few times knowing I’d normally be struggling to walk the next day after my workout, and I find myself feeling pretty good instead. The taste is not all that great. I personally struggle with artificial sweetener tastes. So I mix it with my prep workout and drink them together. It masks the flavor a bit and I’m able to get both down together. But all In all I’d buy again.

Unless you are in the top 5% of athletes in the world, you do not need anything better than this. I wasnt blown away by the flavor but the ingredients do a good job at a fair price. Gone are the days of paying $35 for BCAA.

Recieved it quickly and did not waste any time trying the product out. Mixes easily and has just the right flavor to boot! Better yet, the product itself has everything you would need and more from a supplement. The overall feel from using it during and after my workouts are positive. No Bloating feeling and a good solid recovery. Amazon has provided an excellent approach to the supplement game

I just tried this and it tastes okay but has bad after taste. I'd say it's more like protein and not BCAA. I'll probably return it. Do not recommend. Will be trying the pre-workout in the next few days and will write reveiw for that as well. Hopefully that is better.

Very good, fair price compared to others product is great.A little minus on the taste for my pallet, was very excited for the watermellon. However going with the measurement on the instruction i find the tatse to be a bit wierd, so I do the water ammount suggested then I add like a kvarter more of a scoop and that makes the taste great.

I'm sure it has the intended effect from a sports nutrition point of view. But it's very sweet and I've had to cut the recommended serving and then add a bit more water to make it palatable. I have the watermelon flavored version. It's priced competitively but as a consumer, I'd like to see it a few bucks less expensive.

I love the watermelon flavor! It tastes like watermelon jolly ranchers, not strange or "supplement". It is pretty sweet, so I've been doing 1/2 scoop per 12 oz. Dissolves easily.
