Product is very good and makes delicious and crispy sandwich in a very small time. We have been using this for more than 2 years now and based on our experience we have ordered another for gifting our dear ones. The only thing O would asked Amazon is to send the latest packaged product as we have received this time 1 year old packaged product although the warranty is still valid for next 2 years as standard. We are satisfied with the product quality and it’s usage.

Nice product. However, it's cord could have been longer. I place it near plug point so it's ok. But most people don't have a power socket close by. The thing heats up fast. However, heating of the plates is not even. Sandwich becomes more brown on some parts while lesser on others. Cleaning is not that easy. One can not use running water to clean it. So I do the cleaning of contact plates with a wet cloth, sometimes dipped in little detergent, followed by copiously wet cloth wiping multiple times and rinsing the cloth each time to remove the detergent. This I do 5 to 6 times (I mean wiping off the detergent with wet cloth and rinsing cloth each time). Outer surface cleaning I do once in a week to 10 days. Same method. Outer surface is prone to scratching. So we keep a cloth to cover the machine when it's not in use. The surface of the non stick is great. I would have loved it if they provided a recepie book as well, like many other manufacturers provide. Overall a very nice experience. Good buy. Go for it!

Verdict : A Really Good Sandwich Maker I would recommend to anyone who is looking for one. The build is good and really fast at grilling. If you are on the budget I would recommend "Borosil BSM70NDG13 700-Watt 2-Slice Sandwich Maker" as it is light on the pocket and has real value for money. I have used the product only three times till now, will update more about it on further use ,if anything to be added. Detailed Review : 1.For Sandwich making,from heating the grill/pan to grilling the sandwich by placing it on grill,both are done really fast. 2. The reason I went for this rather than "Wonderchef Chef Kapoor Standard Size Tandoor" even though Wonderchef is around only 200 bucks more and has two more nifty features like temperature control and slope change with oil drip feature because the Build Quality of Borosil Jumbo Sandwich Grill Sandwich Maker looked better and I was right ,it felt sturdy and stiff , as the whole handle except the part we hold is made of steel. 3. The instruction manual must be read before using it and also before cleaning it, I was able to know we can make whole chicken ,pork, paneer or any marinated food can be grilled on it from the manual. So do read the manual. 4.Can easily make two big sandwiches at a time or three small ones ,can only fit two medium sized at a time 5.Few people are misleading (some of them are legit,I'm talking about others) that they got plastic pieces coming out when they first open the product, it is actually the extra unrefined plastic on the bottom holders that is coming out when newly opened ,can be easily scraped of with hand and will look refined after that , for reference check the 3rd and 4th pic.Everything else is sturdy and intact,so no issues with the build quality.

Borosil Jumbo 1000W grill is a fantastic value addition to our kitchen. We've been using this for a couple of months now, and making sandwiches is a breeze now. All in our 6 house apartment have become fans of this grill, and it's now going home to home filling everyone's appetite, including those who've never tasted sandwiches till this came to our house. I tried frying fish in this grill, and viola... I had delicious 1 kg fish fry in just two tablespoons of cooking oil. Initially I was a bit apprehensive about the temperature control, since it's auto-cut off but found that it works fine. The power cord has just enough length to comfortably operate on tabletop. Its easy to clean too. I'd recommend this to everyone.

We are a family of just 3. Previously it used to take us hours for us to make like 10 sandwiches and it was a messy task to flip the sandwich over the tava. Since I purchased this, it only takes 2 mins to make one sandwich. It's only been 2 weeks since I got this but have already made 20 to 30 sandwiches. Cheesy Panner sandwich, American corn cheese, veggie sandwich, Nutella chocolate sandwich, plain mozzarella cheese toast, etc. I also make the healthier version like wheat bread, tomato, onion, capsicum, cucumber and lettuce. No sauce, no cheese. Pros 1. It is nonstick and definitely value for money due to the frequency at which I use it. 2. It's quick to make and there is no flipping required. 3. There is automatic temperature control so even if you leave the machine on for a few minutes inbetween stacking your next sandwich to be grilled, it will just turn off the heating. 4. It's easy to clean 5. The material doesn't feel cheap. It's very durable and definitely be long lasting. Cons 1. There is slight uneven grilling sometimes. But it doesn't bother me. 2. The cord length could have been longer. 3. Inclusion of a temperature meter in the product itself would have been great.
