I’ve had my unit now for about two years. Before using this I had a submersible pump that included a UV light but the seal to the bulb was poorly engineered and it would short out. It was a total pond 800. Now that this unit can be located on dry land and behind the waterfall feature it is easy for me to check that it is working. Please remember these bulbs are rated for only 8000 hours which is 333 continuous days, so you need to replace regularly for maximum effect. They are a MUST and you will be amazed how they keep the water clear and algae free.

Bought about a year ago. Super duper long cord which is nice. Works great cus my pond turns green when this is turned off

This product is aweful they do not work and light does not come.on. Never buy this junk.
