Best jump rope ever!
Jumping rope has been a staple of my workout routine since as far back as I can remember. I love that I can take a rope with me anywhere and get a great sweat going in no time. That said, I have tried just about every type of rope out there over the years and this is far and away the best. They thought of everything...from the ability to easily adjust the length of the rope to the incredibly comfortable handles to the fact that they included ball bearings (that's right ball bearings!) in the handle to ensure the rope travel is smooth, uninterrupted and lightning fast. If you like jumping rope...get one these.

TOUGH, high quality, lots of uses
These are great bands that will hold up well. LOTS of exercises and dumbell assist etc things you can do with them. Be clear these are LARGE, much bigger of a loop and thicker than Theraband type things, ie you would not loop them around your ankles cause they're too big. But for heavy duty exercises they are great. Also nice that each color band has the strength written on them, so you don't have to memorize a color code.

Awesome speed rope!
I've had a few different speed ropes that have all worked pretty well, but the handles on the BodyGood rope are a game changer. Super comfortable and its very easy to adjust the length. The rope is smooth and very fast.Have only used it for about 10 sessions so far but based on the quality of the contoured handles, grip tape and the coating on the cable I'd expect it to be last a long time as it seems really durable.Also really like that it came with a carry bag so it tucks away nice in my gym bag.

Great adjustable jump rope
Great jump rope. Love how the length is adjustable and the bag comes in handy for storage. Not too heavy and not too light weight, just perfect.

Great rope for the price
I use this rope to mix up my cardio and it's one of the better ones out there. It's very smooth and fast! The way the rope is attached to the handles make you maintain form. You definitely feel the burn.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY
This jump rope gets entangled and twisted together way to easily to the point where you can't even really use it. It's very inconsistent and the fact it gets entangled so easily is annoying and makes it useless

Is actually good! It’ll tAke more testing but it’s holding up so far :)

Great all around rope
Great rope! Very fast but controllable for beginners. Handles are very comfortable and fit both mine and my husbands hands.
