Great reusable cup!
The silicon doesn't smell bad like it can sometimes be the case, and it's soft to the touch. The cup is the perfect size for every day use. It doesn't burn your hand even with freshly made tea, which is something some people complained about but it has not been my experience! Overall, awesome buy, it looks great and it does the job really well.

A practical, high quality and sleek product that will make my mornings just that bit better. You can really tell the quality of this coffee mug when compared to others I have used in the past. No leaking, easy cleaning and good instillation; a great product for coffee lovers like me.

Looks great, feels great
I like the look, and feel of glass stylish plus simple to clean. Slightly too hot initially to hold even with plastic but fine after a minute. If it was a smidgen smaller it'd be even more comfortable to hold but I have small hands!

I love it, it's super cute and the perfect size. My only issue is it doesn't retain heat very well.

Great travel cup
Love this cup. Great rubber grip around cup to protect from heat and for easy grip. Looks great too. Use it in work and at university instead of using paper cups so feel I'm doing something good for the planet.

Glass cracked if hot water poured directly
The glass was Amazing until I poured hot water directly from the pot, it made the glass cracked and broken, so if you buy it, I suggest not to pour hot water directly.

Neat little glass *thumbs up*
Great for use on my desk at work and looks slick. Lid fits great and allows easy flow of liquid. The silicone wrap does get warm but nowhere near hot enough to cause any issues.

Great styling, terrible heat management.
The Good: I love the design and much prefer having a glass coffee cup than those bamboo ones. No leaking around the lid either and it stays on very well.The Bad and The Ugly: The heat protector wraparound is absolutely terrible. I've nearly burnt my fingers on multiple occasions. The heat is not contained in the glass at all, making the cup virtually impossible to hold when it's got boiling water in it. And seeing as I have black tea and black coffee often, it's a major issue when I have to put the cup down for a long time until it has cooled a bit. Stops you from being able to walk with your hot drink straight away too.
