As soon as the product was plugged in, it tripped a breaker and started smoking. Tried a different plug and it sparked and started smoking again. Didn't get to use the wax, obviously. Sent back for refund. Very disappointed. I was excited to not have to use my pot for waxing

I followed all the directions and did a test patch on my arm. My arm started bleeding it ripped a layer of my skin off and I have bumps all over my arm.

Broke after first use. Cable plug didn’t stay in and the fitting broke free eventually.

J’étais curieuse d’essayer ce kit de cire portable, mais j’ai eu beaucoup de mal à bien étendre la cire sur la bande. Ce n’est pas aussi simple que ça en a l’air. L’appareil doit rester branché en tout temps, sinon la cire durcit rapidement et devient inutilisable. Ce n’est vraiment pas pratique, surtout si on veut l’utiliser dans une autre pièce que la salle de bain. Pour ma part, je retourne à mes bonnes vieilles bandes de cire froide, qui sont beaucoup plus rapides et faciles à utiliser.

Très efficace au début, j'etais ravie mais le rouleau de l'applicateur tourne difficilement par la suite.

It technically works, but it’s frustrating to use. It takes forever to heat up and the wax is hard to apply evenly. The device feels clunky and awkward. Once you finally get a good strip going, it does remove hair well—but it quickly becomes difficult to dispense the wax again for the next stroke. Overall, not worth it.
