Great supplement for night sweats and mood swings
Been consistent with taking these and they have completely eliminated my hot flashes and night sweats… significant mood improvement too. Highly recommend!

Worth a try
So, I wanted to use this product for a few weeks before I left a review. First, let's start with one of the most important things to me: The taste. It's in a capsule, so it's not terrible. And they're "regular-sized;" so they're not too difficult to swallow. I have an aversion to many tastes and textures and this one doesn't trigger my gag-o-meter. After taking it, there may be a slight increase in energy and a little more "balance" (mentally and emotionally). For me, it was a comfort to know that help was on the way, so speak and that this product is intended to help me feel for normal. I feel like it accomplished that; but, to be honest I don't know if it was a placebo effect and I don't care. When you're on the verge of going through the "change" of life, every little bit of support helps! Bottom line: Try it! It's inexpensive and if it does for you what it did for me, it's worth the money!

Goodbye Night Sweats!
Holy smokes! This stuff works! I had to take a two week break and by the end of the two weeks my night sweats were back in full force!!!! Cannot wait for it to start working again. I recommend this to all my friends.

At first there might have been some relief from this but within 2 weeks the flashes were back. Didn't buy again but might be worth a try.
