Review: Seals Well! Installs Well! - Seals my garage well. No more water coming through the bottom of my garage door. I was able to align it perfectly with the seal on the bottom of the door. Now my neighbors want one too! Cuts to fit with a utility knife. Comes with good instructions. Got it right the first time! I suggest masking off the floor as shown. Silicone gets on everything. I supported it to allow for alignment on installation as I didn’t have help. Included a photo of the cutout. Take your time and you won’t regret it! Great product.

Really good product except for cost. Minimum 4x costs of comparable products. But like most things on Amazon as a customer you try to purchase not the cheap one but the next one up in cost because you will just be replacing it later with the more expensive one. Albeit this is the most expensive.
