Let me start off by saying I would have rated this a 5 star product (for my case, the case I ordered for my husband 5 stars all the way... more later), but when I received it the case had some sort of wear mark on the back of the case. As much as I paid for the case I would prefer it to be in NEW condition. But I didn't feel like dealing with the return process and the headache for the simple fact that I knew I was going to scratch or drop the phone eventually. Otherwise I would have rated this 5 stars! I did water test it before I put my phone in the case and it passed. I am extremely happy with the color and the quality. I purchased an Otterbox and was EXTREMLY disappointed with the fact that they do not make a box with a screen protector or cover for the New NOTE9. Case is very durable, purple is great and overall very satisfied!!!! Will order more colors in the future.I ordered the same case for my husband and his BRAND NEW NOTE9! My husband works for our local water company, he is in water all day and is always covered in mud. His phones are always getting dust or mud in the covers and he ruins phones non stop. I was hesitant to even get him a new phone due to this fact. I will say after a month of having his phone and having this case my idiot husband brought his new phone on a job site with him, his phone fell out of his pocket and was ran over by a 2 ton backhoe. The phone was found about 20 foot away from where he dropped it, it was out of the case, but not as damaged as you would have expected. There was a very small crack on the bottom front of his $1,000 phone and a small shatter on the back of the phone. The case was scratched quite a bit, but for being ran over by a 2 ton machine his phone was still in GREAT working condition and the case was still in good shape. He put the case back on the phone and is still using that case and phone to this day. So in his case this was worth every penny we paid. I would absolutely continue to order these cases for my husband and myself.

Pros: I like that it is completely sealed off and you can still access everything.Cons: Your voice becomes muffled. It is hard to hear others talking to you.It doesn't do much good when you can't hear someone speak and they cant hear you. If all you do is text and play games then it's a great case. However, if you use the phone like a phone then it is kind of pointless. Not worth $40.

This case is pretty awesome, I was trail biking and my phone mount broke off, and before I could stop I ran over my brand new Galaxy Note 9 with both tires. I was sure it was crunched, but the case took all the damage and left my phone without a scratch.

Very disappointed. I have only had this for a couple of weeks. Thought it was a great case at first. I opened it today cuz I saw dust collecting inside and realized A. )It didn't seel or shut tight like it was supposed to. B) that a tiny piece towards the top broke off and that the bottom corner near the stylus cover was cracked (see pictures)Side note: Geting the stylus out of this case is extremely difficult. Or at least I found that to be the case.I mainly bought this because of the lifetime exchange warranty. I didn't think it would fall apart on me so soon!!!!!!

Great water resistance, but if you care about actually hearing and speaking into the phone with any measure of clarity or volume on the sending or receiving end - pass on this case.

First of all, I would just like to say I bought this with the intention of using it to protect my phone against dust/dirt. I work mostly outdoors and deal with a lot of dirt getting into every small crevice on all my phones. This has definitely helped protect my phone against dust buildup. I can't speak for the waterproof quality, but I performed the 30 min test and the seal withstood water from penetrating through the case. I was not able to get it to work with my ATT brand wireless charger, but it's not a big deal for me. Ports are easily accessible, even though the covers latch on pretty tight (which is to maintain its seal). Sound quality is good and my fiancee says she can hear me just as fine as if I had no case on it. Overall, glad I gave Punkcase a shot since I had not heard of them before.Only con I can think of is that the plastic makes the sides of the screen look like a rainbow color like it's dirty or something. Nothing significant, but worth noting.

I love punk cases i discovered them years ago when otterbox cases started to suck and i broke several phones in otterbox cases. Since then i discovered punkcase and have dropped my phone a ton and always fear its broken but it never is love love love these cases worth the money

I've been using punkcase for a few years and I love the product for my galaxy s8 plus, however I just upgraded to the new note 9 over all it's a great product to protect your expensive phones but the new design I'm not a fan of. No longer have the kick stand and air gets trapped behind the finger scanner. Will continue to use but not 100% satisfied.

... that's where the benefit ends, for me anyway.It looks nice and clicks onto the phone very well.The case screen is already scratched! I've only had it on the phone for two days and it's not been dropped or mishandled. It's a good deep scratch as well.And sound. I guessed that given it's waterproof there'd be some reduction in sound quality but I have to have the phone right at my mouth, which as I use it on speakerphone a lot is a bit of a drag. I bought an earpiece to get around that issue.Sadly I'm on the lookout for another case.

I like the protection that this case gives you, but my only dislike is that it will not due to the size fit onto the charging pod built into my new car, my samsung original case fitted fine on the inbuilt charging pod.Otherwise I like it, looks smart, I selected pale blue, it is waterproof, but I have to charge my mobile in the centre console which is a little inconvenient, had it been a little smaller, I would have given it 10/10

Overall, the product is very good, but for a couple issues.Firstly,Because the phone is totally enclosed in the case, it reduces the sound quality and volume level dramatically, as if it traps the sound and projects it to the back of the phone. I found that while I was watching a YouTube clip I had to keep turning the phone over to get a clearer sound missing the video in the process.Secondly,Getting the S pen out is quite awkward too. The case protrudes the phone by quite a margin, and unless you have very thin fingers you may have to use some other appliance to assist you.I would quite happily give this product 5 ⭐ but for the issues stated. 3⭐Update April 2020.Since my previous review I am now very disappointed with this product. My screen is now shattered. The case did not protect my screen at all and its now going to cost me £239 to get it replaced. Buy with caution.

Because the case is enclosed it covers the proximity sensor.. so when trying to end a call you cant and same with whatsapp voice notes it thinks your holding it to your ear.. so only plays voice notes out of the ear piece rather then the speaker... and because its enclosed it pushes all audio to the back of the case... make makes the loud speaker sound pants in my opinion

Like the whole concept however must have had something in my pocket and it rubbed against the finger print membrane on the back of the case and rendered it unusable now have to use iris scanner*update pretty poor had to change the sim and there was lots of dust very poor
