love it
Ms. Vanzant has always been an inspiration. I have purchased both books and dvds from the artist. I have listen to this tape as least 3 times. I marvel at how she gives to the listener what the listener needs. I have been a follwerer for years ! Anytime I feel too stressed, I know I will listen to this and become "whole again" !

A Must Have for the Meditative Soul
This is absolutely a fabulous meditative CD that combines spirituality and meditation -- have no fear, it doesn't trounce on your beliefs but complements them as you take care of yourself as you are Divinely Designed.

Iyanla- Thank the most high for her. This CD as with all of her products is just brilliant and works. If there is something you must do for yourself- Giving to yourself this CD is one of them. Enjoy, relax and Enjoy.

CD to inner peace
I purchased this as a gift and wished I had kept it myself. I have almost all of Iyanla Vanzants books and have found all of her information to be helpful. I didn't listen to the CD (as it was a gift) but I was told that the track was helpful, peaceful and replayable.

good meditation
This is a really good meditation, but it is an hour long. It can drag on a bit and I have fallen asleep (I usually go for 20 minute meditations), so sit up rather than lay down! Be prepared for being very relaxed and self-nurtured.

unless we put our own needs first we cannot truly help others to the best of our ability
Slowly, very slowly learning to giving to myself first. Guess it takes time to suddenly get out of the habit of putting others needs first for over 30 plus years.I feel, unless we put our own needs first we cannot truly help others to the best of our ability, can we? :-)
