Weighted Jump Rope Pro

I’m really impressed with the PROIRON Weighted Jump Rope! The ropes feel solid, and the 1LB weight adds a noticeable challenge to my workouts. As far as plastic jump rope goes this is pretty good. The handle is very well made, ball baring spins pretty smooth when jumping, pretty intuitive adjustment system, and the rope itself has the right weight to it.One tiny issue (I guess it's the same with all plastic ropes) is that it takes a bit time to get the "curl" out of the rope before you can use it, but it's not too bad, honestly.If you want to burn some fat or just want to build up your calfs I would recommend. I would give only 4.5 stars but Amazon only do full stars, so there you go.

Decent skipping rope

Really like this. I just wish it came with regular discipline to use it. I think to get the most out of it you need frequent and regular sessions.

I’m not experienced in skipping at all. But wanted an additional way of keeping fit. It’s important to vary exercise in your routine and this is an easy way to do it. Weighted handles feel nice and the rope moves freely. About a minute at a time is enough for me to keep the heart rate up. Would recommend a quality skipping rope if you are starting up this fits the bill. Bought a ‘used’ return off Amazon for a cheaper price :)

By far the best rope I have ever used, feels very good to hold and doesn't get effected by winds.

I’m 5’ 6 female and this is too long for me. Can’t adjust either so can’t use it. Otherwise a good product.
