The bag was missing, the instructions didn't mention the contents or use of all the scope eye pieces.The reason I bought the scope was for the mobile phone function/attachment. Unfortunately the scope couldnt counter the weight of my phone ( my phone is a normal size ) resulting in the product being unstable and falling over. Also the plastic bracket on the phone holder that attaches to the eye piece, does not attach snuggly to the eye piece.
