GLP-1 Support with Akkermansia & Berberine for Weight Loss & Gut Health

These supplements have proven to be effective for me. Initially, I followed the instructions on the bottle, which indicated taking three pills daily, but it did not specify the timing. As a result, I took all three pills at once. However, after approximately two days, I experienced severe stomach pains and vomiting whenever I attempted to eat. I have since adjusted my dosage to one pill every six hours, which has alleviated the issues. I am also fasting in the morning and consistently feeling full, allowing me to consume evening meals without discomfort or hunger. The vomiting has ceased, and if I feel hungry later in the afternoon, I opt for a protein-rich snack. Prior to this, I was using Wegovy injections, but due to insurance coverage changes, I had to explore alternative options to maintain my weight loss. Since being on Wegovy and now these GLP-1 pills, my weight has decreased from 311lbs to 246lbs, resulting in a total weight loss of 65 pounds. I was on Wegovy for 6 or 7 months and started these pills on November 1st. Thus far, the results have been satisfactory. Additionally, I have been attending the YMCA every Tuesday and Thursday, where I engage in 2-3 hour water-based workouts, incorporating stretches, knee lifts, leg extensions, front kicks, and utilizing float weights for my arms. I also drink water throughout the day and have avoided caffeine for 2-3 years. I wish the manufacturer would provide clearer instructions on the bottle regarding the dosage timing. Initially, I believed I needed to take all three pills at once due to my previous experience with the high dosage of Wegovy injections. However, this was not the case, and I would strongly advise against taking all three pills simultaneously. I came close to seeking medical attention due to the severity of my symptoms, which I eventually attributed to the pills. When I started taking them separately, the symptoms subsided. Therefore, I caution others to exercise caution when consuming these pills and recommend taking them separately, preferably with a meal and water.

Really liking this so far. It tastes good, it's odorless, and a good value overall. My energy feels much steadier throughout the day. I’m not reaching for an extra cup of coffee in the afternoon, and I haven’t experienced that wired or jittery feeling that some supplements can cause. It’s also been easy to add to my daily routine, and I like that it includes ingredients that support weight loss and metabolism as well. I’m still giving it time to see the full results, but so far I feel more balanced and less sluggish during the day. Overall, I’ve had a really positive experience with it.

Is it a coincidence that I'm 3 days in and 3 lb down? Not really sure. What I do know is these have been making me feel full. I still deal with the battles of the mind to not eat when I'm bored, but I'm definitely not feeling overly hungry. Doesn't taste bad. Easy enough to swallow. Says to take three a day but no specific direction as to when. So I'll either take two before breakfast and lunch (at work during these times and don't carry the pills with me) and one before dinner. Or spread one out before each meal if im off.

I’ve been taking this consistently and have noticed that my energy feels steadier throughout the day. I do not feel as sluggish or dependent on an afternoon pick-me-up. The capsules are easy to add to my daily routine, and I have not experienced any stomach discomfort. I also like the combination of Akkermansia and berberine for added gut and metabolic support. So far, I’m happy with it, its a great value and plan to keep using it.

This is my 3rd bottle and Im not sure if it's really working. Have not seen much change

I used another GLP-1 Booster that is no longer sold on Amazon and was happy with the results. I actually lost 14 lbs. When I had to change and this product was featured and looked to have decent reviews, I tried it. I actually gained all my weight back even though I was still trying to eat less and move more. I became constipated and very gassy after taking this product. I'm back to square one and contemplating going the Trizepitide direction.

Have experienced great control of food intake and cravings. No side effects
