Very good product. Provides instant pain relief. I use it for back pain and neck pain that I have due to disc herniations. This oil helps to relax the irritated nerves instantly.

A genuine magnesium spray may cause slight itching or tingling feeling on your skin when sprayed. I used another brand previously and I never felt it and it did not give me any results either. But I am happy to feel that sensation with this product. I hope this gives good results.

This product does what magnesium oil is supposed to do. The stinging, and itching is a good sign. It means there is a good amount of magnesium in the product. To anyone complaining about the texture, suck it up, this stuff is good for you, sure it feels odd, but its tolerable, and worth the benefits. To anyone who says it didn't help you sleep, you are not using enough. The first time I used this, I applied 3 sprays (in each spot) to my underarms, my chest, abs, and thighs. I laid down during the day, and I passed the F out. I slept for at least an hour, and when I woke up I felt like I was drugged. My body needed it. It was only that intense the first time I used it. I use it every night before bed, I usually feel more relaxed, and sleepy after using it.

It works well for sensitive skin. I have very itchy, dry feet and it helped with reducing dryness and I did not feel itchy. It did help with reducing my muscle cramps and some feet burning, but I am yet to figure out if it was due to the oil spray or all the other mag supplements that I am taking. Will update the review once I figure out if my cramps come back after I stop the spray. My main pain point with the oil is that it is sticky and definitely takes time to be absorbed so does get onto my sheets and blanket at night. I’ve now taken to having a towel under my feet but I still find it cumbersome.

Rub the stuff on the bottom of your feet and oh my gosh will you sleep well - the magnesium goes right into your body ( I try to hit the ankles - the thinner parts that has less fat and so it gets absorbed by the body quickly) doesn’t sting doesn’t burn doesn’t stain. I love it. Love it love ……it helps with sleep helps with nerves helps with focus helps with anxiety. Magnesium is phenomenal. (Use it several times through the day) .
