U really could find something a bit cheaper and bigger size that would do same thing. Look up the products that are around the same page

If head and shoulders / Nizoral has not been working for you, try this. It isn’t a one stop solution, but it has helped my scalp tremendously after 10 days of consistent use. What I love most about it: soothes scalp, reduces scalp acne, and doesn’t strip my hair (Long 2B/C - Low Porosity). My two big issues: painfully weak lather, and hotel sample size packaging. I’m actually mad that this works because of the pricing / sizing- but a win is a win. After 4 years of looking for solutions. I’ve finally found it. FYI, the smaller bottle last about 10-12 days, so expect to buy 3 bottles per month. Don’t skimp on using the shampoo- more is more. I’m trying out the larger bottle now, and will update with how long it lasts. To get the most out of this shampoo: (1) more is more, don’t skimp on how much you use, (2) lather in your hands before applying to scalp, (3) massage into your scalp from the front and back of your neck- keep your hands close to your scalp. Don’t use the tips of your fingers like you’re scratching- it ruins the lather. (4) Don’t neglect the crown of your head. Mind you, this works great because I use this in combination with a few other things. Quick context- My hair goals are: growing out my hair (going for the beard / man bun combo), encouraging hair growth / reduce shedding, soothing my scalp issues / deep cleansing, and strengthening my hair. This product, Nizoral, Witch Hazel (alcohol free- yes, it exists), + more consistent washing all help with my scalp. I wash with this shampoo at least 3 times a week. Alternating with a different shampoo for other wash days depending on my mood / vibes (Dr. ForHair, Nizoral, or Head + Shoulders). Sometimes I’ll double wash and use Nizoral or Head + Shoulders after this shampoo. Then I drench my scalp / hair in Witch Hazel, and put in my leave in conditioner. I’ve realized I need to wash / rinse my scalp more frequently (pretty much daily), and need to be cautious about letting leave-in productive get too close to my scalp (avoiding build up / irritation). Overall, love that it works (so far), but I’m disappointed with the size / price. Once I find a more affordable alternative (with better spread/suds) I’m switching asap.
