How is it that the add does not list the inside diameter of the opening? How are we supposed to know what size line this is made for??

After measuring my unused piece of this insulation, it seems that 1 1/8" is the inside diameter (the space where the pipe/line goes through) and 1/2" is the thickness of the wall of this insulated tube. (I purchased this a number of years ago and, after wrapping my A/C pipe, still have a fair sized length still in the box.)

What is the inside and outside diameter? Other sellers say 1+1/8 includes 1/2". You can't sell insulation for HVAC without saying the size ?!

"Other sellers say 1+1/8 includes 1/2"." It doesn't. Inside diameter is 1 1/8 inch. Thickness of the insulation that goes around a pipe is 1/2 inch. I agree that this could be stated more clearly for lay persons like us.

I have no idea since I used the product in my house before I sold it. I no longer have access to it.
