Great for weighted pull ups and dips. The chains are good and have not rusted (have had them for around 8 months now). Very easy to load and deload the weight.

It's a great belt that has decent chains to hold decent amount of weight I've never tried multiple 20kg plates but it can handle the one 20kg and another 10kg plates just fine. It doesn't fall off when the plates are loaded off the chains seem to be of decent quality however the back rest could be better it does the job but it could use some more padding but other than that it's great

I'm 5'10, weigh about 75-80kg, 33"inch waist and it's just too big/doesnt sit right. It's not that I'd need to be taller and stockier, I'd need a Kim kardashian arse for the belt to actually hold around my waist. It's just slightly uncomfortable which isn't a massive deal but still the reason for the minus 2stars, the chain is fine it doesn't impinge my groin area as someone mentioned, it runs down my quads comfortably.Despite all that it's a vital peace of equipment if you have a pull up bar at home, I have one actually installed in my wall outside so I'm making the most of the belt than going to the gyn

Basic belt that does the job at a decent price. The belt is comfortable, the chain length is fine for me as an average height, medium build male. It does not slip during use but so far I’ve only tested it with a 10kg plate.
