This blanket is the ideal weight for warm summer nights...just enough weight to make you feel covered without making you feel too warm. It is incredibly soft and attractive, too. I chose the Linen color to approximate the color of sand for a guest bedroom with a coastal decor theme. Linen was the perfect choice.I first ordered a queen size, but I found it wasn't long enough to tuck in at the foot of the bed. This surprised me because the mattress is a standard (not deep) size. I returned the queen size and ordered the king size which is easy to tuck in and drapes nicely on the sides of the bed. A queen size blanket might work for many people with a queen size mattress, but I like a blanket that can fully cover shoulders easily. I am 100% satisfied with the king size, and it does not look too big on the bed.I will probably order another one for my own bed.

I bought this mainly for my husband, he’s a very hot sleeper and I haven’t been able to find bedding to keep him cool, with out me freezing. (We have the ceiling fan, a fan on the night stand, and a bigger fan at the end of the room. Just to give you an idea how serious he takes this) I put this blanket (king size) on the bed and our duvet over. He sleeps under the blanket and tosses the duvet off him. he sleeps much better this way. He doesn’t over heat, and it’s a light, airy blanket that he can be comfortable under. I also sleep under the blanket, and have the duvet on me. We both think it’s a super comfortable blanket. It’s soft, but has like a cozy feel to it. I would even say it’s luxurious. I’m super high maintenance about having that luxurious/cozy “hotel bed” that you can just sink in to, and I’d say this blanket meets my standards. Now, as far as the blanket being cooling/breathable/airy - I would say it stands up to that claim. It doesn’t over heat, or make you feel hot underneath. I’ve noticed sleeping under the blanket (and my duvet) that I can stay warm, but not hot. However if I do move to a new spot of the bed, then it does feel cold under the blanket until my body heat warms it up. So I usually stay in the same spot. LolThere are squares on the blanket that you can practically stick a slim object through (if you pick at it or forcefully mess with it) but I think that’s why the blanket is so airy and breathable. Maybe keep dogs/cat off the blanket so their nails don’t get caught. But I don’t think it’ll be a big problem. Just wash and dry accordingly, and try not let anything snag at the blanket.The length/size of the blanket is good. It fully fits my king bed, and hangs off the mattress plenty. (I also have a tall mattress)HOWEVER—- because this blanket has viscose (bamboo) material, it WILL shrink in hot water. Do not wash, or dry in hot water/heat. Lay out flat to dry, or air dry only in the dryer.I seen some previous reviews saying that the blankets are small, honestly I think maybe they washed/dried them incorrectly with out noticing that was the cause of the size. The king size is more than enough for a king bed.I picked the taupe color. It’s kinda a light beige and I’d say true to color. I wanted something other than white for my bedding, but if I ever go to change my bedding I’ll definitely get another blanket. But honestly I’m just debating on getting the white blanket too. I got it while on sale, (54$) but I would still pay original price for this blanket. It’s a new staple for my bedding.!Also, I did get an email from the seller with correct washing/drying instructions and care of the blanket.Overall a good buy, and probably will by again.

This has become my favorite blanket! It is light but keeps the chill of an early morning off my shoulders and I can sleep longer! The softness is remarkable. I highly recommend!

Love the dark rich purple color, the weight and texture of the blanket.I'm a bit disappointed with the size...it's not as large as expected..not long enough to tuck securely at the foot of the bed.Overall, I like it.

This is my second order of this blanket, and it is a favorite in my household. Lightweight, warm, and also has a cooling effect. The fit is perfect. I have a king bed, but opt for Alaskan king or oversized, if you will, so it is longer all the way around the bed. Keeps your partner from pulling the covers off you, lol. Great quality, does not shed, and minimal to no lint. Washes well and stretches back out just by pulling it gently after drying. They come in many great colors, and are a great value for the money. I had my first one for over 5 years and only changed out because I wanted a longer length. I use my old one on my queen bed. I love everything this brand makes!

I actually like the looks of this blanket very much. The color I chose turned out to be perfect for the room I was redecorating. It's very light, as expected. I haven't tried sleeping under it, and I really wasn't interested in the cooling aspect. I'm using it for a bedspread on a futon. On rare occasions when someone sleeps on the futon, it will serve as a lightweight extra blanket. I gave this blanket a rather low rating because the threads get pulled so easily. I've been very careful with it, but after no real use, just bed making, it has long pulled threads. It won't last a week if you have cats that curl up on the beds. I haven't tried washing it, so I can't comment on lint or shedding. The one I bought was very inexpensive. Different colors were more expensive. It was so cheap that I don't mind replacing it as necessary. If you use it under another layer, it might work out OK, but on the top of the bed it's not going to stay nice looking for very long. That's a promise, so don't buy this blanket thinking that I might just have abused it or am really picky.

The fabric of this blanket is surprisingly good—it is definitely a natural cotton and bamboo blend, very breathable, soft, and perfect for hot weather. I even did a burn test on a loose thread, and it burned to ash without melting, proving it is not synthetic.However, the sewing quality is terrible. The seams are crooked, there are loose threads everywhere, and they used bright white threads on a dark grey fabric, which looks very cheap. Also, it arrived with absolutely no brand tags, washing labels, or official packaging.If you don't mind fixing the seams yourself, the natural material is worth it for this low price, but don't expect a premium-quality product.

I love this 100% cotton blanket. It breaths very well so that I don’t sweat at night. The I replaced a synthetic blanket that was even thinner than this one, but it would make me sweat during the night. With this cotton blanket I sleep much better at night. I don’t like sleeping uncovered, but I hate sweating during the middle of the night, so I am very pleased with this blanket.The size is great for my twin XL bed, as there is plenty to cover the sides of the mattress during the day, while giving me plenty for rolling up in while sleeping.I love the darker blue color and the pattern is 3D and feels really nice and soft. Great purchase at a good price.
