Seiko snzb23 K SNZB23J1 – Watch for Men

Watch is great, really smart looking, very comfortable and certainly worth the £99 price tag. Out the box, gained 12 secs per day. After I regulated it (easy to do), it is now + 1 sec per day which is fantastic for an automatic watch

Gains about 3 1/2 mins a week, also randomly stops completely or just drops the odd hour, still does even after being back to Seiko twice, who don't have a very warm telephone manner to be honest, so as a timepiece its unreliable and pretty useless,not a good idea to buy a cheap Auto, I'd advise doing what I suggest in the title, its just style over substance.

I bought a Seiko sport watsh recently, The Seiko 5 sport automatic SNZB23JI looked very atractive and a lot larged in the adds than it actually is. But my real disapointment was the instruction manual which covers about 15 differant modles,& the three digit number which tells you which section of the manual you should follow is missing from the watch because the inscription should be on the back, except that this modle has a glass back When it comes to setting the day & date you are in a mind field. The setting of the date & day is complex and is multi lingual but print is too small to see and its dificult to determind the language type one is trying to select. The day and date do not change at the 24 hour mark as one would expect. The day changes between 23 45 & 00 15am while the day kicks in at 03 00 am , and none of this info in on the multi choise manual. Would I buy anothe Seiko not likely very disapointed.

This is certainly the Rolex of Japan. It is said that Rolex makes all it's own parts; it doesn't buy anything from outside suppliers. Well this watch clearly says 'Made in Japan' right on the face, and the mechanism also says 'Made in Japan'. Seiko makes everything themselves for this fine timepiece, and only for the domestic market. It is not sold in stores outside Japan, although it is available on-line from a couple of warehouses. The quality is clearly there, and it shows. It is a real eye-catcher, much better looking than the picture. I get compliments everywhere I go. It feels solid and substantial and the black face and silver markings really make a statement. Although clearly a sports watch, it can be worn in the office as well. However, the reason I chose this watch over others, was that I wanted a durable watch to wear while riding my motorcycle. I have found that quartz watches are not tough enough, and stop working due to the vibrations and gyrations of motorcycles. This watch is made in Japan, indicating high quality, and is marketed as a rough, rugged watch. I also liked the looks, so this was it. I am very happy with this watch and would highly recommend it. It is not in Seiko's current calalogue, so if you want one you better hurry.

初めての自動巻きでしたが、もう素晴らしいの一言！箱を開けた瞬間、余りの綺麗さにめまいがしました(笑)。初めてなので、日差何秒とか機能的なことは分かりませんが、いいんです！自動巻きなんだから！これで通勤時、腕を振る楽しみができました。また他の方のレビュー同様、ベルトが安っぽいと感じたので交換しようと思ったら時計屋の方に止められました。見た目は高そうに見えるそうです。ともかくオススメの一品ではないでしょうか。
