I like 243 over 242 and it works well in many applications where not exposed to long term heat. It’s important to shake the crap out of it before each use. Pretty simple to use put a dab on the threads and install. Always seems to keep the screws in place and is versatile. Color is blue and doesn’t leak.

Great stuff for general screw/bolt repairs, My new dining chairs back restwas always working loose, and a little of the blue thread-lock solved theproblem. For metal screws and bolts, and a little bottle will last a homeowner quite-a-while.

The title said it all, does the job and has enough fluid to do a lot of bolts. It’s “nuts”! :)

I stopped at five local stores, NAPA, Walmart, Autozone, tractor supply, and Home depot, this was the only place to get it. Drove to Lubec, ME; dirt, highways, washboard, and 70mph with crosswinds. Checked the bolts, my roof rack has had no issues. Functions as designed.

Great for securing bolts that you want to be able to remove without needing heat.

Good product. Large format.

Came loose envelope, wrapped in bubble wrap. Where is the retail packaging? Nothing is stated in the listing about this. The lid screws right off. No idea if this is genuine Loctite. Tested in on furniture legs, they haven't come loose yet but who knows what kind of adhesive this is.
