SOVA Aero 1.6mm Night Guard Custom Fit Dental Mouth Guard

I have struggled to get a guard that fits exactly as I want it to - I have sprained tooth syndrome from TMJ and clenching my jaw at night and so guards that are too soft do not protect my sprained tooth. Also, I bought a (expensive) custom-fitted guard from my dentist but it also caused my sprained tooth to ache as it was such a tight fit. At a loss, I decided to try this guard. While it has taken a few hours to mould carefully to the right fit for my teeth, I am very happy that I can customise it for exactly the fit I need. Also, it can take a lot of remoulding. I would recommend this guard as it is also hard, meaning it will protect teeth correctly. Happy I spent the money!

これ使えます。 今まで様々な商品を試しましたが、1度口に入れただけで使わないまま捨てた商品しかありませんでした。 これはお湯で型をとるタイプですが、とても薄くて簡単でした。 70度のお湯でとありますが、沸騰したお湯でないと透明になりませんでした。 透明になるとビニールシートのようにペラペラです。あとは上の歯にあてて包み込むだけです。 少し噛むと歯型もとれますが、強く噛みすぎると薄くなってしまいます。 硬化して安定してくるまで2分くらいです。 前部分は手で押さえ、裏側は舌で押さえました。 硬化するとパカッとはめられるので、喋ることも可能です。口を開けても外れません。
