Great for dough proofing
Love it for proofing my sour dough bread. Very durable, the clear container makes you see the dough rising. and it has a secure cover. You can a do the stretch and fold on it as well. No more bowls to dirtied. Bought it on a sale as it can be very pricey, but it is well worth it even if you got them on a regular price.

Perfect for bread dough, food prep, etc
Very sturdy, easy to clean, and perfect for bread dough and general food prep jobs. I wanted a name brand I could trust so I knew the plastic was fully food safe, i.e., didn't have PBA or other crap in it. This fills that bill.

I've worked in restaurants for over 30 years, and in every single place, these are the cambros everyone uses. They're super tough and good for years of industrial use. Why look for something else?

Quality.
I purchased from Amazon. It came in Cambro packaging. None of them were chipped this time. When I washed them before using there were no sharp edges on any of the plastic pieces. It’s a good size too.
