A: seat is adjustable 17"-20"
arm height tapers 23.5"-24.5 @ 17" seat height
we use it without  arms going under desk and works good for us.

**Q: What package is it shipped in?**
A: Big box but surprisingly not as big or heavy as I thought it would be. The was packed in plastic and styrofoam so it was protected and really easy to put together.
