Good value easy to use cooled large lounge very quickly. Downside common to all mobile Aircon units have to put hose out of a window and quite noisy.

Unfortunately had to return as developed a cracking noise and never got my 4x4m room below 24C. It was also EXTREMLY loud. There must be better out there. That being said the customer service experience with this seller was EXCELLENT.

This does emit lovely cool air but that’s where it stops being good. It’s slightly louder than advertised and that was already a bit loud. The “universal” window unit isn’t really, I couldn’t see how it would work to seal a British style window opening rather than a sliding window. But its largest failing seems to be that even if I leave it running for a good while it doesn’t seem to actually change the room temp overall. I mostly use it for a cool breeze on a hot day and it’s honestly quite pricey and bulky for that. Also it is quite heavy so getting it upstairs alone was very difficult and it’s never going to get back down 😂 luckily up here the wheels mean I will be able to put it away come winter.

Air con and dehumidifier has been amazingly helpful this past year. Drying my washing has never been easier, even in the winter.

Horrible, can barely lower the temp in the room by one or 2 degrees and way louder than advertised. Interface is nice and responsive but that's about it. Not recommended.
