It fits well, shows on the tester that it is working. Disappointed that I have felt no effects from it after 2 months of use.

The instructions should more prominently state whether this goes under or replaces the fitted sheet. He says it helps our cells function properly. Based on his recommendation I use it. Though there isn't an immediate perceived benefit. I recommend you do your own research. The sheet thickness is about average compared to other sheets. It's isn't luxurious or cheap. I don't even know it is on my bed. It's hard for me to say that my sleep quality is better from the sheet because so many things affect sleep. Though I am confident my sleep isn't any worse. This came with a tester.
