Tastes Great! Not dry! Real Pancakes!
I have tried many keto mixes and most are dry and not good at all. This one is so yummy! I will be buying again!

It was fine. More carbs than I wanted. Read serving size carefully.

Less Then Making It By Scrach
Less what? Everything. Less taste, mostly. Less time but with no flavor why bother? It did have more of one thing Carbs. No flavor and not as healthy. No thanks. I tossed the rest.

Tasty alternative
Tastes great. I squeezed a few drops of lemon in and added a dash of salt. Great with blueberries.

Spiked my blood glucose even though it's supposedly low carb.
The good news is the mix was great tasting and cooked up wonderfully. The bad news was that it spiked my blood glucose. I was wearing a continuous glucose monitor and noticed after eating this product that my glucose spiked, which it shouldn't with low carb food. I found out my blood glucose is sensitive to "resistant" starches, which is the main ingredient of this product. For me this mix was too good to be true...

Makes a good pancake if you add eggs, half and half.
For a low-carb pancake, this works. I beat 2 eggs, add 1/2 cup half and half, and then 1/2 a cup of this. (you can toss some blueberries in once the batter is in the pan -- sprinkle and let them sink in).... Cook in ghee with a lid on, medium heat. Flip once. I put keto ChocZero syrup on. It's really pretty good as a substitute and you're not getting white flour, etc. so much better for you.... Flavor is good. I'm also going to try Scotty's. since Amazon didn't have this kind when I wanted to re-order. Downsides of this -- sugar alcohol (no doubt a tiny amount)... and almond flour (also not a major ingredient)

Low carb.. not bad
Pretty good for a low carb product. Provides a pancake like experience. Would purchase again if the price is right.
