Dr. Recommended a particular vitamin. I was having to take it 3 times daily. Heath food store ran a comparison for me. These were even better and cost less than 1/2 of the others. Even less costly buying through Amazon.

Unless your sense of smell is gone, hold your nose before you open it. I keep it in the fridge for that reason. Very effective formula. My only real argument is the manganese content, there's too much in the water here already, but that is just my problem, a local one at that.

I love this stuff. Due to gastric bypass, my system doesn't break down tablets easily. These caplets dissolve and absorb very quickly. Great stuff.

These vitamins were so potent- I actually pondered if they might be laced with something without my knowledge. They kick in towards the end of the day though.
