Is the ceiling anchor bracket 16 to 24 inches long so one can span perpendicular over two ceiling joists to properly secure the rack?
Do I have to install the rack perpendicular to the ceiling joists as in the video or can I install the rack parallel to the joists?
How tall is that small base around the bottom edge? I ask because I have 33" of clearance, but my current storage bins are 32.5" tall.
