Snailax 4D Shiatsu Neck & Back Massager with Heat, Kneading Massage Pillow

I have begun to use the Snailax Shiatsu Back massager with heat. This is the half length unit that is perfect for using while reading in bed. I have chronic tight and painful mid back muscles and the massage and heat work perfectly to help me get a good night’s sleep. Very happy to have found it. Another excellent product from Snailax. I’ve used the full length Shiatzu massager in my office chair and the foot massager for years. Very well made products.

I was in so much pain with a stress knot in my neck desperately looking for a solution other than medications overpriced massages so came across this massage pillow the reviews were very good okay why not and it was on sale Cyber Monday arrived very quickly packaging was great so I lay flat on my yoga mat with my new pillow directions very self explanatory and away ago 1 week same time same position with the same pillow massage relax away mid week of week 2 the knot was gone this amazing pillow broke down the knot amazing where have you been... I couldn't be a happier customer 2xs a week I relax and enjoy neck shoulders mid back massages it's amazing affordable and in your own space..

I have severe arthritis in my neck and I was given a handheld massager that was way too strong for me and didn't have a heater component. I was hoping for a massage pillow, but I didn't really know what I was looking for. This pillow is absolutely amazing! It hits the right spots in such a way that my eyes roll back in my head bc it feels so wonderful. The price was fantastic, it's easy to use, very durable. The only downside is the 15 minute timer.

I like the leather cover. When I don't use it the mesh covering it sort of makes me uncomfortable. I have to take my necklace off and put my hair up. The cover seems to actually conduct the heat better. I love this. Everyone wants to try it. It's the perfect gift for anyone. We all have aches and pains and it's reasonably priced. I used this on my neck and all the way down my back. My husband uses it for his back and neck and also his legs. You can use it with or without heat. It doesn't work well in any chair though. You have to pick the right place or it will slide out from under you or be inefectual if it sinks into a chair or sofa but I am very happy with it.

Not long lasting. It stopped working about 2 weeks after receiving. I left it on the charger for recommended time before using. Used it twice, was t to impressed by it, and then it stopped working and won’t charge. Don’t recommend

I like the idea, the ease and functionally of this, I just wish it didn't feel like it was angry at me ALL the time. I did read reviews before I got it that it can be rough and people suggested a pillow or something between you and it. Well with my health issues and the pain I already feel, I immediately felt like I needed a safe word using this thing. It really left some bruises. I think if you have some serious back or spine pain, this probably won't work. It hasn't for me and I'm pretty disappointed. Maybe it's meant more for people with just muscle pain. Idk.

I spend all day at a desk and my neck is always stiff. This pillow is a game-changer! The heating function is subtle but effective, and the nodes really dig into those knots. It’s small enough to move from my office chair to the sofa. Best investment in my self-care routine this year!

J'ai mal au dos, c'est pourquoi j'ai besoin d'un oreiller-masseur pour aider les muscles à se détendre un peu en fin de journée. Je peux donc constater que c'est exactement ce qu'il fait. Je me sens plus soulagé après l’utilisation. La possibilité de pouvoir changer l'intensité en utilisant la housse pour la recouvrir est la bienvenue car parfois je préfère un massage plus doux. La fonction chauffage fonctionne bien mais ce n'est pas quelque chose que j'utilise très souvent. En termes de qualité de fabrication, il est un peu tôt pour le dire, mais il semble être de bonne qualité et durable. Dans l'ensemble, je suis très satisfait de l'argent que j'ai payé.

I am a 20 year experienced Physiotherapist and this piece of equipment would put me out of a job. I use it DAILY for my own back and neck, and all my family members use it from the children to my elderly father-in-law. I have it permanently set up on a chair, plugged in and ready to go. The heat element works wonders. I have used it on my hamstrings and calf muscles as well. I have recommended this product to my clients. Highly recommend!
