I received the product today on 17th Aug. 18 ...

I received the product today on 17th Aug.18. When i open the product its completely dried out ...sharing the pics of the same...Also the manufacturing is in the month of August 2017 i.e 1 year old product...Mascara is completely dried out and of no use. Its sold by Oriflame Indai Pvt.Ltd...and we never expect such condition and old product deliver by them..requested for replace item or refund the amount.
