My wife uses this product and loves it. The great thing about this multivitamin is it is not overkill like so many products on the market. Large amounts of vitamins and minerals do not lead to better performance/health. We didn't want to get something that had 3000% daily value when 100% will do just fine. This has ~100% daily value of just about everything, so my wife doesn't have to worry about overdoing it. It's also hard to find a multivitamin supplement that has antioxidant blends included without giving large amounts of the vitamins/minerals. This one does! Soft-gel vitamins are truly genius. I remember finding the Advil Liqui-Gel ibuprofen years ago and being amazed by how quickly the body absorbed them. Back to this multi. No stomach pain. No nausea. No feeling sick. No bathroom trips with neon you know what (cuz your body actually absorbs the nutrients). Actually makes me feel so much better, gives me energy and can think clearer. It took 2-5 days to get my body acclimated to the supplement in the beginning. I was getting a headache and feeling sick and going potty like cray cray, but those side effects were only temporary. (The anti-inflammatory omega and flaxseed oils took some time for your body to get used to.) Once acclimated, I felt terrific or even fabulous! Will not go one day without my 2 gel capsules in the morning. BEST THING EVER! Integrative medical professionals sold me various brands of awful natural multi horsepills before this and I had tried multis sold in vitamin stores and drug stores the rest of my life. NOTHING COMPARES TO HOW AMAZING THESE MAKE ME FEEL. Try for 2 weeks and you will notice you feel more normal, like when you were a teenager. It aids immunity, digestion, mental sharpness/focus, balance of hormones and energy. So many things...its all on the bottle.

I have a corn allergy & this doesn't irritate my stomach or cause hives. Win-win, as it has all the vitamins & minerals recommended for a woman my age. Thank you for a great product!

Great vitamins, just be aware that 1 serving = 2 pills.

I've taken multivitamins for years because I just don't think the food I eat comes close to providing the nutrients my body needs. This one has a long list, from your basics to green food concentrates, green tea extract, flax seed oil, and specifics for women, like evening primrose oil (which I think helps balance hormones.) The fact that they are a liquid means your body can absorb them better. They are not hard to swallow at all. I can tell a difference if I stop taking these. They are more pricey than your run-of-the-mill Multi, but they're worth it in my opinion.

Now I'll start with they are big. I call them horse sized pills and my husband calls them my frog pills because they are green. And I do wish there was a chewable option. However I did alot of research and wanted a multivitamin with primrose oil. And these were AWESOME. I'll be buying these again because they actually work as a vitamin. I've been burned my many vitamins that do nothing for me, but these were exactly what I needed.

I've included a store brand vitamin in my diet for years. After reading the reviews, I decided to give these a try. I've been taking two a day with my morning and evening meal for over two weeks now. I had problems with itchy dry skiin; that lotion would not help, especially on my legs and brittle nails that split and chip. My legs no longer itch and my nails are supple again. I enjoy gardening, yard work, and have noticed my energy level is stronger and lasts longer. My circulation has improved and I just feel like doing more. I really like this Vitamin because it has the nutrition that I need as a woman and nothing extra. The plus is that it doesn't keep me up when bedtimes come, and that is the problem I find with some Vitamins. I like it and I intend to stick with it.
