Great hands-free breast pump!
I’m really happy with this breast pump. It’s lightweight, easy to use, and very convenient for hands-free pumping. The suction is strong but comfortable, and it’s much quieter than I expected. The battery lasts well, and the parts are easy to assemble and clean. It fits nicely in my bra and makes pumping much easier, especially when I’m busy taking care of my baby. Definitely a great value for the price!

10 years of nursing and pumping experience. Review written for new moms.
I used voice to text to write my review* PARUU is a very good brand of breast pump. I have been breastfeeding and or pumping for over 10 years now and have owned many pumps throughout that period of time. I will say, as for wearables, you're going to see a major swing in the price differences between more affordable pumps like Paru and then more expensive pumps that can get you into the $300 and $400 range. At first glance, this may make you think, oh, I should get the more expensive one. It's more durable. It's going to last and it's probably going to work better. In the wearable pump market, this is definitely not the case. And I'm speaking from experience. With Paruu, you're getting an affordable pump that works well, that has all the same bells and whistles as most of the super expensive pumps. And you're not investing hundreds and hundreds of dollars. I don't wanna name any other brands, but I'm just gonna leave it at that. Now, if you're a brand new mom, there's a few things that you really do need to know. Paru is going to give you some different insert size options. If these are not the perfect flange inserts, you can go here on Amazon and you can search for a flange insert kit. It'll come with a proper ruler to measure and lots of different sizes. The flange fit determines how much milk you're going to get and if you're going to be in pain or not. It should feel like a gentle tug and it should not hurt. If it hurts, the flange size is most likely the wrong size. You can also take a small bit of oil and put it inside of the flange. Another note to new moms, regardless of the pump you get, you're going to need to be replacing duck bills, diaphragms and sometimes other pieces. So if you have an Amazon baby registry, I highly suggest that you go ahead and put the replacements on there for your P16 or your P10 Paruu pump now. You will be getting a completion discount through Amazon for 15% off. This is a great time to buy that stuff ahead of time and early so that you have what you need and so that you save money. Those replacement parts, again, regardless of the type of pump you buy, can be pricey. So do that ahead of time so that you're prepared. You will be replacing those parts frequently. It depends on the brand, but in my experience, if you're using a pump several times a day, you're going to want to replace those duckbills and those diaphragms pretty regularly, like at least once a month. So keep this in mind. If you're only going to be using the pump once or twice a day, you might be able to get away with two months, but over time, the efficacy of the pump will go down if you do not replace those. Those pieces get loose, the suction isn't as strong, you may not notice it, but your output will be compromised, and it can mess up your breastfeeding supply. Something else to consider whenever you are shopping for a pump is what is my ability to replace my pump if something does go wrong? So, pumps do break. As I mentioned, I've been doing this for a long time. Expensive pumps break, affordable pumps break. Whenever an expensive pump breaks, then you're having to deal with customer service, trying to help you to get the money to replace your pump. This can take a long time, and if you're someone that's heavily reliant on your breast pump, you may not have the time to go back and forth with customer service a million times. Now I do suggest you go ahead and do the extended warranty with Paruu, but I say this because Paruu is affordable enough that you can replace your pump if something breaks, and you can do it in a timely manner, and then you can deal with whatever issues you have going on with Paruu. Whenever you go with the more expensive pumps, if you have an issue, you could be waiting days or weeks for them to reply, and you may not necessarily have $300 or $400 to replace your wearable pump that you desperately need. That's one of the reasons I like Paruu, because if it breaks, I know I can afford to replace it without having to think twice. That's a really important factor to me. Plus, the pump does work. I really like the P10 a lot, but I wanted to go ahead and give the P16 a try because it's a lot cuter, just being honest. It's also a little bit slimmer fitting. The P10 is pretty bulky, but the P16 is quite a bit slimmer looking. I will say, though, the P10, absolutely phenomenal pump, not too bulky at all. I just wanted to give the P16 a try. They're both really good pumps. I'm happy to have two around. That way I have an extra one if I don't have my stuff cleaned, then I can just go grab another one. I do a lot of traveling and it can be hard to boil parts daily; this way I can toss some in the bridge and boil both sets every other night. On the cleaning note, again, this is for new moms. I assume a lot of new moms will be reading the reviews. You do have to boil pieces of the pump. Something that I learned the hard way was if you have hard water, then you're going to need to be boiling those parts in a bottle, like bottled distilled water or something like that. Otherwise, you will get hard water residue on the pump parts, which makes them feel chalky, which to me is a sensory nightmare. If you don't mind the chalky feeling, disregard, but if you don't want that chalky feeling and you don't want that stuff in your breast milk, you will need to be boiling the parts in distilled water or bottled water. This is super, super important. In the event that you boil it in hard water and you get the chalky feeling all over it, you can soak them in vinegar for like 10 or 15 minutes and then wash as normal with a fragrance-free dish soap, rinse, and then boil, but that's a lot of extra steps when you can just boil with the distilled water. I know it seems expensive, but it is just the better way to go. This is true with all pumps, by the way, not just Paruu. And I gotta make that clear. All this advice really is based on all the different pumps. I myself also choose to use a wall pump, a spectra S1. I think it's important that moms, especially those who are relying on pumping or they're needing to exclusively pump either short-term or long-term, also have a wall pump. At the end of the day, wall pumps are more powerful. If you have health insurance, there's a good chance that Your health insurance will cover a pump. If they do cover a pump, you should get an expensive wall pump as well, just so that you have that extra. (Encourage Spectra ) This is especially true if you're exclusively pumping. You need that. It will bring more milk out. But the Paruu holds its own. It absolutely expresses just as much milk as any other wearable pump I'm aware of on the market. It's far more affordable. It's good looking, easy to charge, easy to clean. I definitely recommend it. If between P10 and P16 and you’re only getting one, many say the p10 is better. I haven’t noticed that YET but if it’s between one or the other I’ve had my P10 since October 2025.

Easy to use and affordable!!
I’ve been using the Paruu P16 Wearable Breast Pump and I absolutely love it! As a new mom, having a pump that I can wear while taking care of my baby has made pumping so much easier and less stressful. It’s comfortable, lightweight, and easy to use. The suction is strong but still comfortable, and I love that I can adjust the settings depending on what feels best for me. It’s also fairly quiet, which is a huge plus when I’m pumping around my baby. The cups are easy to assemble and clean, and the rechargeable battery makes it convenient to use without being stuck near an outlet. Overall, I’m really happy with the Paruu P16 and would definitely recommend it to other moms looking for a convenient, hands-free wearable pump. It has made my pumping journey so much easier! 💕

Would recommend
It’s a good little pump at a reasonable price. It gets the job done and has good suction. I use mine for the majority of my pumping over my medela pump in style pro because of the convenience. I can move around the house and I’m not toting a motor or stuck in one place plugged into the wall. I wish the battery life was longer (i can only use it twice before having to charge). It runs for half an hour each session before it shuts off. But it does charge very quickly(20 minutes). I’ve used it for almost 3 months and am only now having to replace the diaphragms and duckbills. The replacement parts are very affordable and accessible which is a huge plus! It’s comfortable as well, just don’t bend over because your milk will leak out of the top! It only has 4-5 parts to clean depending on if you had to size down.

New Moms - Read the reviews! :)
Ok - up front I am NOT the one using these! I bought this breast pump based on reading all the reviews! My daughter was having her first baby, and her baby registry was ALL mom cozy big ticket items, and none of the basic common sense needed items. So we were basically outfitting her from top to bottom to make sure she had what she actually needed! That being said, I was looking for the best, most reliable pump for a better price than the MC one. Thank you to all the moms that wrote detailed reviews! ❤️ Baby is 6 months old and she pumps twice every day - this pump has been POWERFUL, RELIABLE, EASY TO USE, EASY TO CLEAN, and she absolutely loves it! Holds a charge all day and easy to throw in her purse and she can pump inconspicuously and cord free. The fact that these are just as good (if not better) than the MC ones, for a much better price is what any prospective buyer needs to know! Baby stuff is expensive and you shouldn’t have to pay twice the price for a brand name that doesn’t work as well as these!

Great Pumps!!! Look No Further!
These are fantastic for the price. I used a Lansinoh pair and had to replace them because the milk would overflow if I wasn’t paying attention and the way they were made, the milk would soak into the buttons and they wouldn’t charge. I had to throw out 3 out if 4 of them because of this issue. The way the Paruu pumps are made, even if the milk overflows, it doesn’t soak into the buttons! I never had an issue with these in the last 5 months of me pumping. I had to pump exclusively, which is annoying enough, so having an effective pump is a game changer. These are also fast! I had them set on level 5 and I would fill them in 5 minutes. The other pumps I had sometimes took 20 minutes to fill. They aren’t painful, I think because the flange is longer/deeper so the suction isn’t so intense. Either way, they aren’t uncomfortable, but you may need to work your way up to the speed you like. The components feel a little thinner and cheaper, but that doesn’t affect my high opinion of these. Very easy to clean too. For the price, these are a huge win. I’d buy these again and again if I need to pump again. (Hopefully never haha)

Great Pump- Great Customer Service
These wearable breast pumps opened a whole new world for me. These are my first wearable pumps and I’m so happy with them. I had some concerns and their customer service is top tier. They sent replacements for anything I had issues with immediately. I like the different expression modes, and I feel the suction is really good. I really appreciate the price point as well and ease of use. These are so worth it!

Good efficient pumps!
I decided to go from my Zomee pump and get hands free pumps. I didn’t love the Zomee for a couple different reasons but the main one being I couldn’t be hands free. The Paruu pumps have been a nice change - easy to assemble and the different modes are nice. The only downside for me is they are a bit loud/noisier than I’d like. Also be mindful taking them out to pour the milk out .. one time it leaked from the bottom (I didn’t snap the insert in all the way) & it can “stick” to your skin so just be careful with that so you don’t have any wasted milk. I will say no matter what pump brand you use make sure you have the correct flange size it was a huge positive change for me and my milk production is way better and more consistent which has taken pressure and stress off of me I don’t dread pumping now. Overall I do like these pumps a lot and wish I had them sooner!

Calidad
