And because I used it to paint instead of just put stuff on food, it wore out very quickly, but I can’t necessarily blame the brush on that. I didn’t use it for what it was supposed to be used for but guess what? It worked, and it actually worked very well and it lasted several months before it died out. So if you can handle painting, stairs and walls, I think it can definitely handle your food for years.

Easy to clean and the bristles stay secure. Would buy again

I've had this for a number of years because it is so much more efficient at brushing on glazes then those wiggly silicone brushes. I almost always wash it by hand and let it dry before putting it away but it is starting to lose bristles. So it's time for another one. I prefer this one any day to a silicone brush.

This pastry brush is the perfect size to clean out my grain mill. I have recently begun using fresh milled flour in all of my baked goods and this brush is just what I needed to be able to thoroughly and efficiently clean out the mill's bin. I would purchase it again, if needed.

I was really excited about these brushes at first. The brush is full and it worked well with cooking. However, the bristles shed. I thought it was just because it's new but it only has gotten worse. There's a significant amount gone, and I've only used them a few times. Now they are breaking so much that bristles are being left on my food, in my dishwasher and in my drawer. And I'm stuck with them because the return window has closed.

I have been trying to replace all of my plastic kitchenware with more natural materials. I thought there was no plastic in this when I bought it, but that black piece in the middle is plastic, not metal. I ended up tossing it out.

I decided to replace many of my kitchen gadgets that are plastic/silicone. I haven't used it yet but I'm glad I bought it to replace a bigger silicone one. Hopefully it will clean up well & not stain too much. I like the smaller size; easier to use than the one I had.

Works very well. I don’t like the silicone brushes and always use natural. I found the fibres on this to be secure.

Not worth the price. Right out of the pack, the bristles would fall apart and stick to whatever we were basting. Waste of money.
