Review: I've stopped eating cheese as part of protocol with my kinesiologist and so far I've not found a good vegan alternative to cheese but I was drooling over the idea of some pesto over homemade spelt kefir flatbread. It's not the same consistency or taste as the one with cheese in it but it's ok. I sprinkled yeast flakes over the top and it worked for me. I'd buy it again.

I've stopped eating cheese as part of protocol with my kinesiologist and so far I've not found a good vegan alternative to cheese but I was drooling over the idea of some pesto over homemade spelt kefir flatbread. It's not the same consistency or taste as the one with cheese in it but it's ok. I sprinkled yeast flakes over the top and it worked for me. I'd buy it again.

I bought this pesto as it's vegan/vegetarian and it's very tasty, I would provide a comparison but I haven't had non-vegan pesto in a while, however this is one of my favourites as it's a good consistency and not overly herby.
