I grabbed them mostly because I wanted a gluten-free, vegan snack with decent protein for on-the-go or post-gym, and the lemon flavor caught my eye. The texture is soft and chewy (in a good way), and the lemon isn’t too overpowering—just a nice zesty, fresh flavor that doesn’t taste artificial. It actually reminds me of those lemon drizzle cakes, but way healthier. And surprisingly filling for a 50g bar. They’re great with a cup of tea or just to throw in a bag for when you’re running errands or need something quick between meals.
