The picture quality, equal to the expensive PTZ cameras. This is, no doubt, a quality camera. Installation is not for the faint of heart. No problem if you are familiar with IP address assignment (or are willing to learn). Print in the manual is so small as to be useless. Go on-line and get a copy with reasonable font size. I have it working with the ios app that I bought from PTZOptics; so, I assume it can be controlled with any other control device you might have. The only thing I do not appreciate is that the camera makes a very faint sound when changing pan, tilt, or zoom.

I own a media company that has been looking to move into live streaming events. These cameras are great! I have a snake that has two cat5es and power on it. One Cat5e is for HDMI that gets a balun to extent 100ft and the other cat5e is for IP control. I have it connected to a LEFTEK,IP POE Keyboard 4D IP PTZ Controller. What a great combo this is. For under $1,000 you can get a nice little set up going. This is totally worth it!

The picture and quality is acceptable but that does me no good because it goes in and out…. The connection to the power is not good… so it sits and we can not utilize it… a lot of money to spend and not being able to use

This is an overall great camera and good for the money! I saved a couple of presets on the camera and was able to find "Visca Camera Control" for OBS and get it to work easily! (Ex: 2 = Stage)

These are good POE PTZ cameras. We bought 3 for our church and are using them with NDI. The image quality is pretty good. Not perfect. But for nearly half the price of the competition, they work very well. Single CAT 5 cable carries power, PTZ control, and NDI signal back to video streaming computer. Works very well.

I bought this camera instead of a PTZ Optics camera that cost 3 times as much knowing there might be a few challenges. They worked great until Jan 12, 2021 when Adobe flash quit working. I sent an email to Zowietek Customer service and they got back to me that same evening. After two late night email exchanges (15 hour difference in our time zone and theirs, they provide the right firmware update that had a built in previewer. Now our cameras work perfectly again. I would highly recommend these cameras. You can't beat the performance even with a name brand camera costing 3 times as much. Very Happy Customer

Like many of the other reviews, set up was challenging. I was able to set up the camera with my laptop and OBS studio. At first the iris seem to keep clicking like it couldn't decide how bright the room was. Working with setting, got that to stop but the optical zoom would not work with remote or computer control. I wanted to just replace the camera but was told that wasn't an option so now I have to wait for the returned to be process and then purchase a different one now that all the deals have ended.

Installed this camera in a large auditorium using the included wall mounting bracket. Easy to install. Works great. Picture quality was really good and zoom out to 20X was just what was needed for this venue. The presets on the remote were easy to setup and work well except that you need direct line to the front of the camera. Considering adding a remote control to resolve the line of sight issue. Overall very happy with the purchase.

Unfortunately this PTZ (20x zoom) makes noise when zooming in and out. Also the startup with POE power is not always good (+/- 50% of the time) and the PTZ hangs than in an endless state (flashing red led). Btw POE power is sufficient. I have another same model with 30x zoom (different seller) and this one is almost silent when zooming in and out and does start up correctly with POE. So I returned this one and want my money back.

Item worked very well and the quality was far better than I ever expected it to be. Unfortunately through no fault to the camera, it wasn't compatible with the PTZ joystick controller I have and this was the only reason I am returning it. This type of quality camera is being sold for twice the price elsewhere and I would highly recommend this to anyone seeking a PTZ camera with a compatiblejoystick controller. It also has a remote control with works well, but just not as convenient as a joystick remote would have been.

Great product for that price! Had some technical questions and had very quick response from their support people. Considering now to buy anotherone.
