Charges very fast, and actually came charged so I could just put it in my car. I didn’t read any instructions but it was pretty intuitive!!! I haven’t used it to jump start my SUV but I did help jumpstart one of my neighbors cars for her- worked very fast inter 5 minutes with using it for the first time and she was able to get it to the mechanics! It’s very small and I have the hands of a first grader and am still able to comfortably use it. Sent it to my sister to buy for herself in case of emergencies, and I also was able to use it to fill up my car tire (making my husband do the others) and it was very easy to use. I didn’t read the manual before using it, but it does have an auto stop feature so it doesn’t explode the tires or anything!!! also the variety of use for the one thing is just beautiful!! it’s perfect. If you’re stick out the side of the road don’t wanna be hit. You can turn on the light until someone can get to you and help tow your vehicle. It has a variety of uses and honestly it’s really good for the price!!!

I’ve been keeping this Sharmeal 8000A jump starter in my vehicle, and it packs a lot of power into a fairly compact package. The 12 volt unit is easy to use, and the clamps are heavy enough to feel durable. The display is easy to read, and the built in light is handy when working on a vehicle at night. The case keeps everything organized and makes storage easy. The cables and clamps fit neatly inside, and the controls are simple to figure out. It’s a convenient setup to have on hand when a vehicle battery decides to quit. The battery life is excellent, as it will keep a charge for months before even starting to lose its charge.

This started my 2024 ram 1500 within seconds. Battery takes forever to drain after use only dropping a couple percent after each use.

Convenient size, carrying case fits under the rear side of the front seats. Bought solely for battery jump in case of emergencies. Came 2/3 charged, charged to full before putting in the car. I needed to use it within the first month, jumped the car with no issues and immediately justified the purchase. Still kept in car, haven't noticed a loss in charge, but will continue to check regularly. Would recommend

Get several jumps out of it before a recharge. Does what it needs to, seems pretty solid.

This is a product meant to be used during automotive emergency situations. Yet it can't even handle a light sprinkle of rain without it completely destroying it. The screen no longer works. While it will charge the battery, it won't even pump up a tire now. It does absolutely nothing. It is now the world's most expensive paperweight. I thought I got a great deal on a good product. Obviously I was wrong about that. This is a pile of hot garbage and a massive waste of money since your automotive emergency better happen during perfect sunny weather. Yeah good luck with that!

Great item to have for many reasons. Dead Car battery. Dead cell phone. Electricity out. Computer battery dead. Had a young driver needed a jump start didn’t have jumper cables or anything. Got this out and jumped his car. He got on Amazon and bought one before he left the parking lot. Highly Recommend! I have one in every car.
