This is a really well thought-out kit to mount a flagpole on an RV. While you need a ladder to set it up, once that's done, the flagpole is simple to erect. Easy to install. Design allows you to stand at ground level and put up the flag pole by rotating the pole into upper bracket and then setting base in the bottom bracket. Removing is just as simple. Above 25mph winds you will want to remove it from your rig.

The product was VERY EASY to install. The flag could be of higher quality but is fine for now. Flag is on the thin side but colors are bright. Charge a few more bucks and include a higher quality flag. Mounting system is great after installing 2 ladder mounts you will never have to climb the ladder to put your flag up!!!!!

The pipe is a hair over 1” in diameter, and while 1/2” doesn’t seem like much, it’s a substantial difference when talking about diameter and strength.I’m not sure why this isn’t a problem for more reviewers. I’d expect the dimensions to be a relatively important part of something like this. I can definitely see how people would have issues with this bending based on how small and light the pipe is.

This flag was easy to install. Have had people ask us at camp grounds where to purchase this item. Have had people take pics of our RV with flag. Need to purchase the flag pole solar light also!

allen wrench was hard to work with for my large hands but a allen wrench bit in a screw driver handle worked better. I use the flag holder for tailgating and plan on flying the favorite team flag when we are camping in the fall.
